Regulations
- Access to Aquafantasy, including parking areas, is allowed only to visitors holding a valid entry ticket. Parking inside the lot is paid.
- By purchasing the entry ticket, the visitor fully accepts all rules described in these Acquafantasy Regulations.
- Daily opening hours are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Attractions are closed from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
- Guests must follow all instructions on park signs and from staff members, identifiable by uniform. The park declines responsibility for accidents or damage caused by negligence or failure to follow internal rules.
- Children under 105 cm in height enter free only when accompanied and constantly supervised by an adult during their stay.
- Children above 105 cm and below 140 cm pay a reduced ticket and may access the park only with adult supervision. Guests above 140 cm and under legal age must also be accompanied by parents or legal guardians responsible for them.
- Park management reserves the right to change calendar, prices, opening hours, operation or closure of any attraction without notice, for the full season or a single day.
- If due to force majeure the park must close during the day without prior notice, management will not provide any refund, full or partial.
- All services provided by management are subject to availability. Once unavailable, guests who could not use them may not claim compensation in any form.
- Only small-size dogs are allowed, and only in the area under their owner's umbrella; they cannot move through other park areas.
- Smoking in closed areas is strictly forbidden. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated ash containers.
- Any damage to persons or property must be immediately reported to park staff identifiable by Acquafantasy uniform. In case of injuries, reports are recorded by our staff at the first-aid station, which is open and staffed during park opening hours. Any event not registered in this log will be considered unreliable. Management will not be held responsible, including cases where damage or incidents are caused by another visitor's negligence.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO
- Bring in any glass or metal objects.
- Bring in equipment such as deck chairs, chairs, stools, umbrellas, etc.
- Bring in items such as balls, tambourines, rackets, roller skates, etc.
- Play outside designated play areas.
- Enter pools with games or toys of any kind.
- Enter the bar/restaurant or restrooms barefoot.
- Leave children under 13 years old and under 140 cm unattended.
- Throw objects outside designated containers.
- Move umbrellas from their fixed bases; anyone doing so will be fined.
